As Group CEO of Oilfields Supply Center, Abdulnasser has been the driving force behind the organisation’s evolution, repositioning it from a legacy industrial player into a future-ready enterprise built on operational excellence, governance, and sustainable growth. Simultaneously, as Senior Director of Treasury at Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), he is leading the Treasury Department since its inception in 2007, deploying sophisticated financing, hedging, and debt deleveraging strategies that have materially strengthened one of Dubai’s most critical public authorities.
His earlier career spans senior roles at the Department of Finance (Rulers Court), Emirates NBD, and the National Bank of Fujairah, a foundation that shaped his mastery of regional financial markets and institutional leadership. Today, his influence extends well beyond his executive mandates, with board and advisory positions across the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy, the Dubai Green Fund, Al Etihad Energy Services, and Digital DEWA, among others.
