Our global manufacturing facilities produces, but not limited to, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, skid mounted packages, oilfield equipment (completions, wellbore intervention, jar, shock tools etc.) and fluid sealing products.”
OSC Manufacturing currently operates from its 210,000 sq/ft facility within the OSC base in Dubai Industrial City.
The facility is comprised of dedicated production buildings where OSC owned goods are produced in-house, along with the manufacturing needs of Clients from around the globe. The facility has ICV certification and is fully supporting the needs of its Clients to promote and adhere to local manufacturing requirements.
The 24hr security protected facility has around 250 employees working daily at the location, and OSC-SIML has API Q1, API 7-1, API 5CT, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 certifications.
OSC’s Drilling Tools Manufacturing facility is operational in Dammam Airport Zone, KSA.
The facility has been created to support and enhance our Client’s needs for locally manufactured products to satisfy the requirements of IKTVA (in-Kingdom Total Value Added).
Drilling Tools Manufacturing is a 100,000 sq/ft facility, with the capability to manufacture, assemble, and test products on location before release to our Clients.
The 24hr security protected facility has around 105 employees working daily at the location, and DTM has API Q1, API 7-1, API 5CT, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 certifications.
OSC expanded its global manufacturing footprint through the acquisition of A9 Manufacturing based in Houston, Texas USA.
The facility is located in the Northwest area of Houston and supports our Clients with Drill Bit production and precision CNC manufacturing.
The A9 Manufacturing facility is rapidly expanding with the recent addition of advanced machinery, this has enabled us to broaden our scope of work and attract new Clients business.
The facility has around 30 employees working daily at the location, and A9 Manufacturing holds API and ISO certifications.
OSC expanded its global product offering through the acquisition of Diamant Drilling Services, a fixed cutter drill bit manufacturer, based in Gosselies, Belgium.
The strength of DDS is shown through its ability to quickly create and manufacture in-house custom drill bit designs. The company is blessed with a long engineering and manufacturing history that allows us to develop specific custom drill bits for each application and oilfield around the world.
The facility has around 20 employees working daily at the location, holding both API Q1 and API 7-1 certifications.
