OSC-SIML was formed in February 2003 as a joint venture between Oilfields Supply Center Ltd. and Smith International (North Sea) Limited. The Company’s objective was to manufacture oilfield equipment primarily in support of Smith International’s Middle East and North Africa (MENA regions) although this geographic area expanded as the manufacturing capabilities grew.
